Ingredients
- 100 g Quinoa
- 100 g Lentils
- 400 ml Water
- 3 piece Kiwis
- 30 ml Oil
- 10 g Mustard
- à goût g Salt
- à goût g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the quinoa and lentils.
Step 2
Bring water to a boil and cook quinoa and lentils together.
Step 3
Let cool completely.
Step 4
Make the vinaigrette: mix mustard, oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Dice the kiwis and mix with the quinoa, lentils, and vinaigrette.
