Tandoori Chicken Salad with Spinach and Raita

Ingredients
- 300 g chicken breasts
- 150 g fresh spinach
- 1 piece cucumber
- 0.5 piece red onion
- 100 g plain yogurt
- 2 tsp tandoori spice blend
Instructions
Step 1
Coat the chicken breasts with tandoori spices and a spoonful of yogurt. Let marinate for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Grill the chicken in a hot skillet, 6 minutes per side until cooked through.
Step 3
Prepare the raita by mixing the remaining yogurt with grated cucumber, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Arrange the spinach, sliced red onion, and cucumber slices on a plate. Top with sliced chicken and drizzle with raita.
