Chilled Pasta Salad with Berries
A fresh and light summer salad with pasta, cheese, and red berries. Ready in 20 minutes, perfect for lunch.

Ingredients
- 200 g Pasta
- 100 g Blueberries
- 150 g Strawberries
- 100 g Raspberries
- 100 g Gruyère cubes
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente, then drain and let cool.
Step 2
Prepare the berries: slice the strawberries and leave the blueberries and raspberries whole.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, berries, gruyère cubes, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
Toss gently and refrigerate for 10 minutes before serving.
