Smoked Mackerel and Fennel Salad
A crisp salad of thinly sliced fennel and radishes, topped with smoked mackerel fillets and finished with a tangy whole grain mustard vinaigrette.

Ingredients
- 200 g Smoked mackerel fillets
- 1 piece Fennel
- 1 bunch Radishes
- 1 tbsp Whole grain mustard
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Cider vinegar
Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice the fennel on a mandoline. Cut the radishes into thin rounds.
Step 2
Prepare the vinaigrette by whisking together the mustard, vinegar and olive oil.
Step 3
Arrange the fennel and radishes on plates, crumble the smoked mackerel on top.
Step 4
Drizzle with mustard vinaigrette and serve immediately.
