Warm Lentil Salad
A simple Mediterranean salad that comes together in minutes. Perfect as a starter or light main course.

Ingredients
- 250 g Cooked lentils
- 100 g Green salad
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- à goût Salt
- à goût Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the lentils in a pot for 15 minutes if they are not already cooked.
Step 2
Cut the zucchini into thin slices using a vegetable peeler or knife.
Step 3
Wash and tear the green salad.
Step 4
Combine the warm lentils, salad and zucchini.
Step 5
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
