Lentil Salad with Walnuts and Kiwis
A balanced and colorful salad combining cooked lentils, crushed walnuts, and fresh kiwis. A light and nutritious dish inspired by French cuisine.

Ingredients
- 150 g Red lentils
- 2 piece Kiwis
- 50 g Walnuts
- 400 ml Water
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Bring water to a boil in a saucepan and add the red lentils.
Step 2
Cook the lentils for 20-25 minutes until tender. Drain and let cool.
Step 3
Roughly crush the walnuts in a mortar or with a food processor.
Step 4
Peel and cut the kiwis into cubes.
Step 5
Assemble the salad: cooled lentils, walnuts, and kiwis. Season with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss gently.
