Farfalle Salad with Apples and Avocados
A fresh and indulgent salad that combines warm farfalle pasta with fruit for a light starter or complete lunch.

Ingredients
- 150 g Farfalle
- 2 piece Apples
- 1 piece Avocados
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
- 500 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the farfalle in salted water according to package instructions.
Step 2
Drain the pasta and let cool for a few minutes.
Step 3
Dice the apples into small pieces and cut the avocados into cubes.
Step 4
Combine the pasta, apples and avocados in a large bowl.
Step 5
Add the olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Toss well and serve.
