Smoked Turkey Salad with Asparagus and Pecans

Ingredients
- 200 g smoked turkey slices
- 200 g green asparagus
- 100 g arugula
- 30 g pecans
- 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Trim the tough base of the asparagus. Grill them in a pan with a drizzle of olive oil for 6 to 8 minutes.
Step 2
Toast the pecans in a dry small pan for 2 minutes. Roughly chop them.
Step 3
Make the vinaigrette by mixing olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Step 4
Arrange the arugula, grilled asparagus, and smoked turkey on a plate. Sprinkle with pecans and drizzle with vinaigrette.
