Greek-Style Turkey Salad with Feta and Olives
A generous Mediterranean salad with grilled turkey, cucumber, tomatoes, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta. Simple, fresh, and bursting with Greek flavors.

Ingredients
- 280 g Turkey breast cutlets
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 2 pieces Tomatoes
- 80 g Feta
- 50 g Kalamata olives
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
Instructions
Step 1
Season the turkey with oregano, salt, and pepper. Grill for 4 minutes on each side in a hot pan.
Step 2
Slice the cucumber into half-moons and cut the tomatoes into wedges.
Step 3
Crumble the feta. Pit the olives if needed.
Step 4
Arrange the vegetables, sliced turkey, feta, and olives together. Drizzle with olive oil and serve.
