Beet, Carrot, and Mackerel Salad

Ingredients
- 200 g Cooked beet
- 2 piece Carrots
- 200 g Canned mackerel
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the beet into cubes or julienne strips.
Step 2
Grate the carrots using a grater or food processor.
Step 3
Place the beet and carrot in a salad bowl, drain the mackerel and add it.
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss well. Serve chilled.
