Ingredients
- 2 piece Avocados
- 2 piece Apples
- 60 g Comté
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and cube the flesh.
Step 2
Wash the apples and cut them into thin strips, keeping the skin on.
Step 3
Drizzle the avocados and apples with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Step 4
Gently toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then add Comté shavings.
