Mediterranean Grilled Lamb Salad
Rosemary-scented grilled lamb chops served warm on a bed of cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and black olives. A sunny salad with Greek influences.

Ingredients
- 300 g lamb chops
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 piece cucumber
- 50 g black olives
- 2 sprig fresh rosemary
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Rub the lamb chops with fresh rosemary leaves, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Grill the chops 4 to 5 minutes on each side over high heat. Let rest for 3 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and the cucumber into half-rounds. Place in a salad bowl with the olives.
Step 4
Slice the lamb and arrange it warm on the salad. Drizzle with cooking juices.
