Korean-Inspired Grilled Tofu and Baby Bok Choy Salad
A vibrant Korean-inspired salad with caramelized soy-glazed tofu, crispy baby bok choy, and toasted sesame seeds.

Ingredients
- 300 g Firm tofu
- 2 piece Baby bok choy
- 1 piece Carrot
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tofu into thick 1 cm slices and pat dry. Slice the bok choy and grate the carrot.
Step 2
Grill the tofu in a hot skillet with half of the soy sauce, 4-5 minutes on each side until caramelized.
Step 3
Place the bok choy and grated carrot in a bowl. Add the grilled tofu, drizzle with sesame oil and remaining soy sauce, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
