Korean Beef Bulgogi on Lettuce
Thinly sliced beef marinated in Korean style, quickly sautéed and served on crisp lettuce leaves with pickled cucumber and kimchi. Fragrant and irresistible.

Ingredients
- 300 g Beef sirloin
- 1 piece Romaine lettuce
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tsp Fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Thinly slice the beef sirloin. Mix the soy sauce, sesame oil, and grated ginger. Marinate the beef for 5 minutes.
Step 2
Sauté the marinated beef in a very hot pan for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring minimally to achieve a nice caramelization.
Step 3
Slice the cucumber into thin rounds. Separate the lettuce leaves.
Step 4
Arrange the lettuce leaves in a cup shape, fill with bulgogi beef and cucumber, then sprinkle with sesame seeds.
