Tomato, Cucumber, and Mushroom Salad
A fresh and light salad perfect for lunch or a light dinner. Easy to prepare and very nutritious.

Ingredients
- 150 g Mixed greens
- 200 g Tomatoes
- 150 g Cucumbers
- 100 g Mushrooms
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and dry the mixed greens. Arrange in a serving dish.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into wedges, slice the cucumbers into rounds, and slice the mushrooms.
Step 3
Add all the vegetables to the greens.
Step 4
Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper. Toss lightly and serve immediately.
