Tuna, Pasta and Carrot Salad
A fresh and protein-packed salad with cold pasta, tuna, and crisp vegetables. Perfect for a light lunch or summer dinner.

Ingredients
- 150 g Penne
- 200 g Canned tuna
- 2 piece Carrots
- 80 g Olives
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 piece Fresh lemon
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta al dente according to package directions, then drain and let cool.
Step 2
Cut the carrots into thin sticks.
Step 3
Drain the tuna and add it to a salad bowl with the cooled pasta.
Step 4
Add the carrots and olives.
Step 5
Make the vinaigrette by mixing the olive oil, fresh lemon juice, and mustard. Season to taste.
Step 6
Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and toss well. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
