Tuna and Beet Composed Salad
A fresh and protein-rich salad with tuna, beets, and celery. Perfect for a light and balanced lunch.

Ingredients
- 200 g Canned tuna
- 200 g Beets
- 150 g Celery stalks
- 150 g Carrots
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon or vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and cut the beets into cubes. Peel and cut the carrots into sticks.
Step 2
Thinly slice the celery stalks. Drain the canned tuna.
Step 3
Assemble all the vegetables and tuna in a salad bowl or two deep plates.
Step 4
Make a vinaigrette with olive oil, vinegar or lemon, salt, and pepper. Pour over the salad.
