Tuna, Carrot, and Gruyère Salad
A hearty and protein-packed salad combining canned tuna, crispy vegetables, and cheese—perfect for a light meal.

Ingredients
- 200 g Canned tuna
- 2 piece Carrots
- 1 piece Celery stalk
- 100 g Gruyère
- 80 g Olives
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp White vinegar
- a volonte pinch Salt
- a volonte pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Flake or crush the tuna in a bowl with a fork.
Step 2
Grate the carrots and cut celery into small pieces.
Step 3
Cut Gruyère into small cubes.
Step 4
Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and add olives.
Step 5
Make a vinaigrette with oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Pour over salad and toss.
