Mixed Salad with Tuna, Carrots, and Beets

Ingredients
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 150 g Carrots
- 100 g Beets
- 1 stalk Celery stalks
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Finely shred the carrots and beets. Cut the celery into small dice.
Step 2
Drain the tuna and mix with the vegetables in a large bowl.
Step 3
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, toss well, and serve chilled.
