Chicken and Gruyère Salad
A fresh and satisfying salad with grilled chicken, cheese, and crispy vegetables. Perfect for a light lunch or a summer dinner.

Ingredients
- 250 g Salad greens
- 300 g Chicken
- 100 g Gruyère
- 1 piece Carrot
- 150 g Broccoli
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the broccoli in salted water for 5 minutes, then drain and cool quickly.
Step 2
Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then cook it in a skillet with oil for 8 minutes on each side until cooked through.
Step 3
Slice the chicken and let it cool slightly.
Step 4
Grate the carrots and crumble the Gruyère.
Step 5
Arrange the salad greens on plates, add all the ingredients, and drizzle with oil. Season with salt and pepper.
