Mixed Salad with Chicken and Gruyère
A fresh and protein-packed salad perfect for a light meal. Greens, warm chicken, shredded carrots and cheese create a wonderful contrast of textures.

Ingredients
- 150 g Salad greens
- 250 g Chicken
- 150 g Carrots
- 60 g Gruyère
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and tear the salad greens into bite-sized pieces. Place in a large salad bowl.
Step 2
Cut the chicken into regular strips. Heat the oil in a skillet.
Step 3
Cook the chicken for 8 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring regularly. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Meanwhile, shred the carrots and Gruyère using a grater.
Step 5
Add the carrots and Gruyère to the salad. Gently place the warm chicken on top.
Step 6
Drizzle with olive oil, toss gently and serve immediately.
