Mixed Green Salad with Chicken and Cheese
A complete and balanced salad featuring roasted chicken, cheese, shredded carrots, and a delicious vinaigrette. Perfect for a light and flavorful meal.

Ingredients
- 300 g Lettuce
- 400 g Chicken
- 120 g Cheese
- 200 g Carrots
- 2 piece Hard-boiled egg
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp White vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the eggs in a pot for 10 minutes, then cool and peel them.
Step 2
Cook the chicken in a skillet or in a preheated 200°C oven for 12-15 minutes, then cut into cubes.
Step 3
Prepare the vinaigrette by whisking together the olive oil, vinegar, mustard, and honey. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Wash the lettuce, shred the carrots, and arrange all ingredients in a large bowl or on 4 plates.
Step 5
Drizzle with vinaigrette, add the hard-boiled eggs cut into quarters and cheese cubes. Toss lightly and serve.
