Chicken and Cheese Composed Salad
A balanced and satisfying salad combining fresh lettuce, protein-rich chicken, creamy cheese and colorful carrots. Perfect for a light lunch.

Ingredients
- 150 g Salad greens
- 200 g Chicken
- 1 piece Carrots
- 80 g Cheese
- 2 tbsp Oil
- à volonté pinch Salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the chicken in a pan with a little oil for 10 minutes until fully cooked.
Step 2
Meanwhile, wash and thinly slice the salad greens.
Step 3
Peel and grate the carrots.
Step 4
Cut the cheese into cubes.
Step 5
Once the chicken is cooked, cut it into pieces.
Step 6
Arrange the salad on a plate, add carrots, cheese and chicken.
Step 7
Season with oil, salt and pepper to taste.
