Composed Salad with Chicken, Carrot, and Cheese
A balanced and flavorful salad where tender chicken pairs beautifully with crunchy carrots and creamy cheese.

Ingredients
- 150 g Salad greens
- 250 g Chicken
- 150 g Carrots
- 80 g Cheese
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the chicken in a pan with a little oil for 8-10 minutes until cooked through. Let cool then cut into strips.
Step 2
Wash the salad greens and place in a large bowl.
Step 3
Finely grate the carrots and add to the salad.
Step 4
Cut the cheese into cubes and add with the chicken.
Step 5
Drizzle with oil, season with salt and pepper. Toss well before serving.
