Mixed Salad with Apples and Avocados
A fresh and light salad combining crispy apples and creamy avocados. Topped with Comté cheese for extra flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 piece Apples
- 1 piece Avocados
- 50 g Comté
- 100 g Celery
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and dice the apples, then immediately drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning.
Step 2
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into cubes.
Step 3
Thinly slice the celery into pieces.
Step 4
In a salad bowl, mix the apples, avocado, and celery. Add olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Top with Comté shavings and serve immediately.
