Potato and Tuna Salad
A hearty and fresh salad with warm potatoes, tuna and olives. Perfect for a light but filling meal.

Ingredients
- 300 g Potatoes
- 200 g Canned tuna
- 100 g Olives
- 100 g Celery stalk
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Peel and dice the potatoes. Cook them in salted boiling water for 12-15 minutes until tender.
Step 2
Meanwhile, drain the tuna and flake it into a bowl. Wash and dice the celery stalk into small pieces. Drain the olives.
Step 3
Drain the potatoes and add them still warm to the bowl with the tuna.
Step 4
Add the celery and olives. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Toss well.
Step 5
Serve warm or at room temperature.
