Composed Salad: Apples, Avocados and Comté
A fresh and satisfying salad combining crisp apples, creamy avocados and savory Comté cheese for perfect balance.

Ingredients
- 2 piece Apples
- 1 piece Avocados
- 80 g Comté
- 50 g Celery
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and cut the apples into thin batons (add a splash of lemon juice if available to prevent browning).
Step 2
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and dice the flesh.
Step 3
Cut the celery into thin batons and the Comté into small cubes.
Step 4
Gently toss all ingredients together, drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
