Mixed Salad: Apples, Avocados, and Celery
A fresh and crispy salad with sweet apples, creamy avocados, and celery, topped with shaved Comté cheese. Perfect for a light meal.

Ingredients
- 2 pieces Apples
- 1 piece Avocados
- 100 g Celery
- 50 g Shredded Comté
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Wash the apples and slice them thinly. Add a splash of lemon juice (if available) to prevent browning.
Step 2
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into cubes.
Step 3
Clean the celery and cut it into fine pieces.
Step 4
Arrange the ingredients in a salad bowl.
Step 5
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss gently.
Step 6
Top with shredded Comté and serve immediately.
