Mediterranean Composed Salad
A fresh and simple salad with warm potatoes, olives, shredded carrots and beets—a light yet satisfying meal.

Ingredients
- 300 g Potatoes
- 150 g Carrots
- 100 g Beet
- 80 g Olives
- 50 g Celery stalks
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into cubes and cook in salted boiling water for 12 minutes.
Step 2
While the potatoes cook, finely shred the carrots and beet, and thinly slice the celery.
Step 3
Drain the warm potatoes and transfer to a salad bowl.
Step 4
Add the carrots, beet, celery, and pitted olives. Toss gently.
Step 5
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and mix well. Serve warm or at room temperature.
