Mediterranean Composed Salad

Ingredients
- 200 g Cooked rice
- 100 g Shredded carrots
- 60 g Black olives
- 60 g Green olives
- 80 ml Sour cream
- 50 g Celery stalks
- 1 tbsp Oil
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Finely dice the celery stalks into small pieces.
Step 2
In a salad bowl, combine the cooled rice, shredded carrots, and celery.
Step 3
Add the pitted black and green olives, roughly chopped.
Step 4
In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Pour the creamy dressing over the salad and toss well.
Step 6
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
