Composed Salad with Mackerel and Beets
A protein-rich and flavorful salad: mackerel, beets, carrots and celery. Light yet satisfying, perfect for lunch.

Ingredients
- 200 g Canned mackerel
- 200 g Beets
- 150 g Carrots
- 100 g Celery
- 50 g Olives
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- à volonté Salt
- à volonté Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Drain the mackerel and flake it into a bowl.
Step 2
Peel and grate the carrots, then cut the beets into sticks and the celery into small dice.
Step 3
Mix all the vegetables with the mackerel and olives in a salad bowl.
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss well before serving.
