Mixed Salad with Lentils, Zucchini, and Olive Oil
A simple Mediterranean cold salad featuring cooked lentils, sautéed zucchini, and fresh greens. Perfect for a light meal.

Ingredients
- 100 g Mixed green salad
- 200 g Cooked lentils
- 1 piece Zucchini
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Slice the zucchini thinly. Quickly sauté in a pan with a bit of olive oil for 4 minutes. Let cool.
Step 2
Wash and dry the salad greens. Place in a bowl.
Step 3
Add the cooked lentils and cooled zucchini to the greens.
Step 4
Drizzle with remaining olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Toss well before serving.
