Mixed Salad: Lentils, Cauliflower and Greens
A filling and nutritious salad, rich in protein and fiber. Ready in less than 15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 150 g Salad greens
- 150 g Cooked lentils (canned or cooked)
- 150 g Raw cauliflower
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- à goût Salt
- à goût Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and drain the salad greens, then place in a bowl.
Step 2
Cut the raw cauliflower into small florets and add to the salad.
Step 3
Add the lentils (warm or cold) to the salad.
Step 4
Prepare a vinaigrette with the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, then pour over the salad.
