Hearty Composed Salad with Ham, Egg, and Avocado
A rich and balanced salad with lettuce, hard-boiled eggs, ham, avocado, and homemade croutons. Perfect for a light yet satisfying lunch.

Ingredients
- 100 g bread
- 150 g ham
- 2 piece eggs
- 1 piece avocado
- 200 g lettuce or mixed greens
- 150 g cherry tomatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the eggs in water for 8 minutes, then plunge into cold water and peel.
Step 2
Cut the bread into cubes and toast in a pan with a little oil until golden.
Step 3
Wash the lettuce and arrange in a salad bowl. Halve the tomatoes and add to the lettuce.
Step 4
Cut the ham into strips and the avocado into slices. Cut the eggs into quarters.
Step 5
Prepare the vinaigrette: mix oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Step 6
Arrange all ingredients over the lettuce, drizzle with vinaigrette, and top with croutons. Serve immediately.
