Hearty Mixed Salad

Ingredients
- 150 g Pasta
- 200 g Roasted chicken
- 150 g Salad greens
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 100 g Mozzarella
- 3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- à volonté pinch Salt
- à volonté pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in salted water according to package instructions, then cool completely.
Step 2
Shred the roasted chicken into pieces.
Step 3
Wash and dry the salad greens, cut the tomatoes into dice and the mozzarella into cubes.
Step 4
Make a vinaigrette by mixing balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss well with the vinaigrette.
