Mixed Green Salad with Comté, Apple, and Celery
A fresh and crispy salad featuring apple, celery, Comté cheese, and a simple vinaigrette—light and delicious as an appetizer or light meal.

Ingredients
- 2 piece Apples
- 200 g Celery
- 80 g Comté
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and thinly slice the celery.
Step 2
Wash and thinly slice the apples (keep the skin), then drizzle with a little lemon juice if available to prevent browning.
Step 3
Grate or shave the Comté into thin slices.
Step 4
Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Step 5
Combine all ingredients in a salad bowl and drizzle with vinaigrette.
