Warm Composed Salad with Potatoes and Lentils
A generous warm salad tossed with roasted potatoes and cooked lentils. Light yet satisfying, served with a simple vinaigrette.

Ingredients
- 300 g Potatoes
- 80 g Red lentils
- 150 g Salad greens
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- à goût Salt
- à goût Pepper
- 400 ml Water
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the lentils for 15 minutes in boiling salted water.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into cubes and pan-fry with oil for 12-15 minutes.
Step 3
Wash and prepare the salad greens.
Step 4
Toss the greens, roasted potatoes and lentils together in a bowl.
Step 5
Season with olive oil, salt and pepper. Serve warm.
