Warm Composed Salad with Roasted Potatoes
A generous salad with roasted potatoes, warm lentils, and fresh greens. A complete and satisfying meal.

Ingredients
- 300 g Potatoes
- 150 g Salad greens
- 100 g Cooked lentils
- 1 piece Carrots
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into cubes and pan-roast them with 2 tbsp of oil for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Meanwhile, wash and tear the salad greens, grate the carrot.
Step 3
Arrange the greens on a plate, add the grated carrots.
Step 4
Add the warm potatoes and warm lentils to the salad.
Step 5
Drizzle with the remaining oil, season, and serve immediately.
