Warm Lentil and Potato Composed Salad
A generous Mediterranean salad with cooked lentils, roasted potatoes, and fresh greens. Served warm, it's a complete and satisfying meal.

Ingredients
- 200 g Lentils
- 400 g Potatoes
- 150 g Salad greens
- 3 tbsp Oil
- à goût Salt
- à goût Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the lentils in salted water for 20-25 minutes until tender but still firm.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cut the potatoes into small cubes.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan and cook the potatoes for 12-15 minutes until golden.
Step 4
Drain the cooked lentils.
Step 5
Arrange the fresh salad greens on plates and top with the warm lentils and potatoes.
Step 6
Drizzle with oil, salt and pepper to taste.
