Warm Salad with Grilled Chicken
A simple salad with lettuce, shredded carrots, and hot grilled chicken pan-fried to perfection. Light and flavorful.

Ingredients
- 150 g Lettuce
- 250 g Chicken
- 2 piece Carrots
- 150 g Broccoli
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into thick slices and season with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Grill the chicken in a pan with a little oil, 6 minutes on each side.
Step 3
Meanwhile, cut the broccoli into small florets and shred the carrots.
Step 4
Place the lettuce on plates, add the shredded carrots and raw broccoli.
Step 5
Place the hot grilled chicken on the salad, drizzle with olive oil, and serve.
