Avocado, Tomato, and Comté Salad

Ingredients
- 2 piece Avocado
- 2 piece Tomato
- 80 g Comté shavings
- 2 stalk Celery stalk
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and carefully scoop the flesh into cubes.
Step 2
Cut the tomatoes into wedges and the celery into small pieces.
Step 3
Arrange the avocado, tomatoes, and celery in a bowl or on two plates.
Step 4
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and top with Comté shavings.
