Mixed Green Salad with Grilled Chicken and Avocado
A fresh, protein-rich salad featuring greens, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, and grilled chicken. A light, balanced meal ready in 20 minutes.

Ingredients
- 150 g Lettuce
- 2 piece Tomatoes
- 1 piece Cucumber
- 1 piece Avocado
- 250 g Chicken
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the chicken into cubes or thick slices.
Step 2
Cook the chicken in a pan with a little oil for 5-6 minutes until fully cooked.
Step 3
Wash and chop the lettuce, tomatoes, and cucumber into bite-sized pieces.
Step 4
Slice the avocado.
Step 5
Arrange the salad on plates and top with the warm chicken. Make a vinaigrette with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, and drizzle over the top.
