Mixed Pasta and Lentil Salad

Ingredients
- 100 g mixed greens
- 150 g pasta
- 150 g cooked lentils
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water, then drain and let cool.
Step 2
Wash and tear the greens into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3
In a large bowl, combine the greens, cooled pasta, and lentils.
Step 4
Dress with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well before serving.
