Ingredients
- 200 g Fish
- 100 g Mixed greens
- 150 g Tomatoes
- 100 g Cucumber
- 50 g Carrots
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the fish in a skillet with a little oil, salt, and pepper for 8 minutes.
Step 2
Wash and tear the greens into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, and carrots into small dice.
Step 4
Arrange the greens on plates and add the vegetables.
Step 5
Crumble the cooled fish over the salad, drizzle with oil, and season with salt and pepper.
