Complete Salad with Carrots, Chicken and Cheese
A fresh and satisfying salad perfect for a light meal: lettuce, shredded carrots, grilled chicken and crumbled cheese.

Ingredients
- 200 g Salad
- 200 g Carrots
- 250 g Chicken
- 80 g Cheese
- 3 tbsp Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the chicken in a skillet with a little oil and salt for about 12 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, wash and dry the salad and place it in a bowl.
Step 3
Grate the carrots finely and add them to the salad.
Step 4
Cut the cheese into small cubes and add to the salad.
Step 5
Slice the cooked chicken and arrange it on the salad.
Step 6
Drizzle with oil, salt and pepper. Toss gently and serve.
