Chinese Smoked Tofu and Broccoli Salad with Sesame

Ingredients
- 300 g Smoked tofu
- 250 g Broccoli
- 100 g Bean sprouts
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the broccoli into small florets. Blanch them for 3-4 minutes in boiling salted water, then plunge into ice water to preserve the crunch.
Step 2
Cut the smoked tofu into 1.5 cm cubes. Make the vinaigrette by whisking together soy sauce and sesame oil.
Step 3
Combine the broccoli, bean sprouts, and smoked tofu in a salad bowl. Pour the vinaigrette over and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
