Warm Italian Pasta Salad with Lentils and Apples
An original and delicious salad that combines pasta, lentils, apples, carrots, and spinach. Served warm, it's a balanced and flavorful dish.

Ingredients
- 250 g Pasta (fusilli or penne)
- 150 g Cooked red lentils
- 2 piece Apples
- 2 piece Carrots
- 100 g Fresh spinach
- 150 ml Classic vinaigrette
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 50 g Grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Salt
- 0.5 tsp Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cook the pasta according to package instructions and drain.
Step 2
Meanwhile, peel the apples and carrots, then cut them into sticks or dice.
Step 3
Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
Step 4
In a large bowl, combine the warm pasta, lentils, apples, carrots, and spinach.
Step 5
Pour the vinaigrette over the salad and toss gently.
Step 6
Top with grated Parmesan and serve warm.
