Warm Salad of Carrots, Potatoes, and Dark Chocolate

Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 3 pieces Carrots
- 40 g Dark chocolate
- 50 g Walnuts
- 4 tbsp Olive oil
- à goût g Salt
- à goût g Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into cubes and the carrots into rounds. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Step 2
Roast the vegetables on a baking sheet at 200°C for 25 minutes until caramelized.
Step 3
Roughly chop the dark chocolate and walnuts together in a food processor.
Step 4
Remove the vegetables from the oven and transfer to a serving dish.
Step 5
Sprinkle the chocolate-walnut mixture over the hot roasted vegetables so the chocolate begins to melt.
Step 6
Gently toss and serve warm.
