Warm Carrot and Oat Salad
An original salad combining roasted carrots and crispy oat flakes. Light, nutritious, and delicious.

Ingredients
- 300 g Carrots
- 80 g Oat flakes
- 60 g Gruyère
- 20 ml Olive oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Peel the carrots and cut them into sticks.
Step 2
Arrange the carrots on a baking dish. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Roast for 12 minutes.
Step 3
Meanwhile, toast the oat flakes in a dry pan for 3-4 minutes.
Step 4
Remove the carrots from the oven. Mix with the oat flakes and grated Gruyère. Adjust seasoning.
