Warm Salad with Potatoes and Lentils
A hearty salad featuring roasted potatoes and warm cooked lentils, drizzled with olive oil and simple seasoning.

Ingredients
- 300 g Potatoes
- 100 g Lentils
- 150 g Salad greens
- 500 ml Water
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 pinch Pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the potatoes into cubes and roast them in the oven at 200°C with a little oil, salt and pepper.
Step 2
Meanwhile, cook the lentils in boiling salted water for 15 minutes.
Step 3
Drain the lentils and mix them with the warm potatoes.
Step 4
Arrange the salad greens on plates, add the warm mixture and drizzle with olive oil.
